Privacy Policy
Enada Dashboard helps users create personalized book images, manage saved templates, and export booklets to Canva. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information We Collect
The service does not allow public self-registration. Accounts are created by an administrator. We collect only the limited information needed to operate the service, such as name, email address, password hash, credit balance, saved prompts, page texts, templates, uploaded background images, generated image URLs, and Canva connection tokens when you choose to connect Canva.
Canva Integration
When you connect Canva, we redirect you to Canva for authorization. If you approve access, Canva sends us an access token and refresh token. We store those tokens so we can create and import booklets into the Canva account you connected. We do not receive your Canva password. When you disconnect Canva, we revoke the stored OAuth token with Canva and delete it from our database.
How We Use Information
We use your information to provide the dashboard, save templates and page content, generate book pages, create Canva booklets, maintain account access, and troubleshoot service issues. We do not sell Canva data, use it for advertising, or use it for unrelated marketing.
Third-Party Services
The service uses third-party providers including Canva for design import/export and AI image generation providers for creating book images. Information needed to complete these actions, such as prompts, uploaded reference images, generated images, or booklet PDFs, may be sent to those providers.
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain account data, saved templates, generated image records, and Canva tokens only while needed to provide the service, support template reuse, create booklets, and troubleshoot issues. You may request deletion of your account data and connected Canva tokens by contacting us. When an account is deleted, stored Canva OAuth tokens are revoked and removed as part of account cleanup.
Security
We use reasonable technical safeguards for stored account data and OAuth tokens. Passwords are stored as hashes, not plain text. Canva OAuth tokens are stored server-side and used only for authorized Canva booklet creation and import. No internet service can guarantee perfect security.
