Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Enada Dashboard, a tool for creating personalized book images, saving templates, and exporting booklets to Canva.

Use of the Service

You are responsible for the content you upload, generate, save, and export. You may not use the service for unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive purposes.

Accounts

The service does not allow public self-registration. Accounts are created by an administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. Administrators may create, update, and remove dashboard user accounts.

Generated Content

AI-generated images and booklet content may vary in quality or accuracy. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before downloading, sharing, printing, or importing it into Canva.

You may not use the service to generate medical, legal, financial, political, obscene, harmful, infringing, spam, malware, or fully automated decision-making content. AI-generated content must not be represented as human-created when it is not.

Children

The service is intended for use by adults and authorized users. It is not intended for independent use by children under 13 or the minimum age required by local law without appropriate parental or guardian consent.

Canva Integration

If you connect Canva, you authorize Enada Dashboard to use Canva OAuth access to create and import booklet designs into the Canva account you selected. Your use of Canva remains subject to Canva's own terms and policies. You can disconnect Canva from the dashboard, which revokes the stored OAuth token with Canva and removes it from our database.

Enada Dashboard is an independent integration and is not endorsed, certified, sponsored, or guaranteed by Canva.

Third-Party Services

The service may rely on third-party services, including Canva and AI image generation providers. We are not responsible for interruptions, errors, policy decisions, or output from third-party services.

No Warranty

The service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or that generated content will meet every use case.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enada Dashboard and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
